Emails are answered Monday-Friday, please allow up to 48 hours for a response before sending another email. If you have not heard back within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays) please verify you have the correct email address.

Mimi&Co is primarily a preorder shop. Preorders can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks. Once an order has been placed with the supplier we cannot correct, change, or cancel. I strongly recommend double checking any personalization, we are NOT responsible for an item placed by customers with incorrect spelling. You are solely responsible for the spelling of your purchase.

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
All ETA’s are posted on the preorder. These dates are ESTIMATED shipping times to us, not to customers. Factory delays can happen, shipping delays can happen, import issues can happen. We cannot guarantee an exact arrival date, we do extend these ETA’s out quite a bit in case of any delays but sometimes things still run past. I do my best to keep us updated!

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and nonrefundable unless there is a determined manufacturer defect. If we have extras, we are happy to exchange. If an item arrives to you with a manufacturer defect, customers have 7 business days after receiving the item to report them to Mimi&Co Boutique and provide tracking of the return. Should the customer fail to provide tracking for the defective item within 7 business days, the item will no longer be eligible for exchange, refund, remake, or store credit. Paid return labels are issued by Mimi&Co Boutique for defective items ONLY, shipping for issues outside of this will be at the expense of the customer.
